SME Strategy Weekend

We offer SMEs two-day strategy seminars on various topics at a fixed price of CHF 5000.

The strategy seminars are usually held with the management on a weekend in a location of your choice. The price includes the definition of the content, the development of the seminar documents, the moderation of the seminar, the follow-up of the seminar and the development of a presentation of the developed strategy.
